Haley’s Honey Meadery previews menu

The anticipation of Fredericksburg’s first meadery is building!

Haley’s Honey Meadery FXBG this week posted its tentative menu on Facebook. The Haley’s owners, Tonya and Mike Haley, are wrapping up the finishing touches on their new venture at 1600 Princess Anne St. Here is a look at the menu:

A Virginia farm meadery that also has a location in Hopewell, Haley’s produces honey and mead. Mead is an alcohol made from honey, fruits and herbs. If you don’t know how mead is made, check out this video. Not only will Haley’s offer mead wine; their menu will tempt your taste buds with farm-fresh offerings. You will even find a gift shop.
