Movement Mortgage to occupy former Wells Fargo branch

Movement Mortgage will be taking over the former Wells Fargo Bank branch at 325 Jefferson Davis Highway in Fredericksburg.

The company will occupy the 2,345-square-foot building, which is owned by the Janney family, in approximately 30-45 days.

Brian Cunningham, Ben Keddie and Paul Janney with Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite handled the lease negotiations.
