Tulip Salon & Spa growing in Celebrate Virginia

The owners and staff of Tulip Salon & Spa cut a grand-opening ribbon on Thursday for their new location next to the Wegmans grocery store in Fredericksburg.

Fredericksburg Mayor Mary Katherine Greenlaw and the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce thanked Tulip for its outstanding business, customer and community commitment.
